Hi! I'm Lauren Rasky! I entered into the Nutrition & Integrative / Functional Health space when experiencing my own struggles with my gut health, hormone health & autoimmune issues. I KNOW what it feels like to be SO bloated, puffy, and to feel like you have no control over your weight or body, despite "doing all the right things." After spending a lot of time and money, I dove deeper into Integrative & Functional health.

With consistency with simple, yet specific habits & implementing proven methods I coach on in my program... my life (and body composition) completely changed. I've helped countless women in my fitness app and in my personalized coaching programs do the same. I'd be honored to be a part of your journey!

On the left was in the midst of my struggles. I ballooned up out of nowhere when my thyroid died from autoimmune postpartum thyroiditis...my metabolism & digestion STOPPED, which caused a ton of gut & cortisol / adrenal issues & more.

In the middle, I had made progress, but suddenly what used to work in my 20's / early 30's, stopped working. I was still puffy & holding on to fat despite eating less.

On the right is a year later, after making changes to my nutrition, macros, supplements, and training. I actually eat MORE now & feel healthier, stronger than ever & better than I have in a LONG time.

  • Quick Food Prep 1-2x per week (I will provide easy options.)
  • Strength training 3-4x / week for 30 minutes
  • 7500+ steps daily

  • Removing alcohol altogether or reducing to 1-2 drinks per week
